In-room safes are provided in guest rooms and are to be used to store valuable items. The hotel is not liable for the theft, loss, damage of guest valuables.

 

Forgotten or lost valuables must be reported to the hotel with the description of the goods and guest full details within 3 days of check out. Please be advised that the lost and found items will be stored for 30 days at the property and then will be disposed.

Perishable, illegal or dangerous items will be disposed of immediately.

Mediterraneo Hotel will not be responsible for shipping/transporting the valuable(s) back to the guest.
